  I thoroughly enjoy Chipotle. I was introduced years ago in Ohio and when I moved back to Washington, I had to drive 45 min (one-way) to find a delicious burrito. I was thrilled when one opened here in town.
  
  I have been extremely disappointed by the lack of service, making it impossible to eat here. The employees obviously don't care to acknowledge the customers basic requests. Light hot sauce means LIGHT hot sauce!

  Experience has greatly improved. Originally this Chipotle didn't seem very clean or run well. Thankfully the place has really come along. People working there are great, and now I go there all the time. I asked for lime on the side once, and they gave me half a lime in a cup. Score!

  My burrito was ok but the tortilla was raw. There was nothing wrong with the ingredients but they charge more than a dollar extra for avocado/guacamole. So they make up the cost of an avocado with just one order. They charge extra for chips and salsa so one ends up paying more than what one pays at a regular Mexican restaurant for a simple take-out..
